本所代表深交所上市公司奧瑞金包裝股份有限公司，協助其旗下全資子公司奧瑞金國際控股有限公司，以人民幣205,000,000元出售所持有之TSPM Limited 100%股權予福貞-KY集團。TSPM旗下持有台灣鼎新金屬及鼎立金屬包裝兩家公司，為台灣兩片式鋁罐主要生產商。
該案於2021年10月30日簽約後，同年12月30日獲台灣投審會批准並於同日交割。

Chen & Chang is pleased to advise ORG Technology and its subsidiary ORG International Holdings Limited on the selling of 100% shares of TSPM Limited to a subsidiary of Kingcan Group for RMB 205 million. TSPM holds Taiwan Supreme Metal Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Supreme Metal Packaging Co., Ltd. and is the primary manufacturer of two-piece aluminum cans in Taiwan.
The parties executed the transaction documents on Oct 30, 2021, acquired the MOEAIC approval on Dec 30 and closed the deal on the same day.
