Evan Chang
About Me
Evan graduated from the Department of Law at National Chengchi University and later earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same university, with a focus on international economic and trade law. He passed the Taiwan bar examination while still in graduate school. During his graduate studies, he served as Editor-in-Chief of Economic and Trade Law News Articles, where he was responsible for drafting and editing articles in the fields of international trade law, international investment law, and international environmental law. In 2022, he also worked as a research assistant at the Taiwan Research Institute, focusing on the analysis of international investment agreements and investor-state arbitration cases.
