Co-organized by the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) and the Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy, the 2025 Taipei International Arbitration and Mediation Conference marks the 40th anniversary of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and the 70th anniversary of the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. It is one of the series of events of the 2025 Taiwan Arbitration Week.

Our Partner, Alison Chang, will moderate Session II: UNCITRAL Model Law and the Changing Foundation, on the afternoon of 28 October 2025, facilitating discussions among international experts on the latest developments concerning arbitration agreements.
