Chen & Chang’s Partners, Helena Chen and Alison Chang, are Serving as Moderator and Speaker at the 20th Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Arbitration Symposium on 4 February 2026

The 20th Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Arbitration Symposium, co-organized by the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (#CAA) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (#CIETAC) in Taipei on 4 February 2026, is the major annual gathering of arbitration communities across the Taiwan Strait.

Chen & Chang’s partner, Helena Chen, will moderate Session I on “the Application and Practice of Interim Measures and Mechanisms for Enhancing Efficiency in Arbitration Proceedings Across the Taiwan Strait.”

Chen & Chang’s partner, Alison Chang, will deliver a lecture at Session II on “the Development and Challenges of Arbitration Institutions and Ad Hoc Arbitration Across the Taiwan Strait.”
