The legal departments of Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) and the Macao SAR officially promulgated the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Arbitrator Panel on 30 December 2025.
The Panel was jointly established by the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR Government, the Office of the Secretary for Administration and Justice of the Macao SAR Government and the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province. They have been endorsed at the GBA Legal Departments Joint Conference.
