Chen & Chang’s associate, Claire Liu, has become one of the first lawyers to be awarded Continuing Legal Education hours in the specialized field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) law!

Fully sponsored by Chen & Chang, our associate, Claire joined a delegation led by President Dagmar Mei-Nu Yu of the Taiwan Bar Association (TWBA) to attend the 9th ICC Asia-Pacific Conference on International Arbitration in Singapore and participated in a training course titled: "Amicable Settlement of Disputes in International Arbitration," hosted by the ICC Institute of World Business Law on 27 June 2024. This course has been accredited by the TWBA for 6.9 Continuing Legal Education hours in the specialized field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) law.

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulations on Professional Development and Certification for Lawyers, individuals who complete 40 or more hours of coursework in this specialized field within a single year are eligible to apply to the TWBA for certification.
