The ARM course is a fast-track pathway designed by Ciarb for professionals with substantial knowledge in international arbitration to obtain membership of Ciarb, i.e., MCIArb. The course covers key aspects of international arbitration, including arbitral procedure, case management, and tribunal decision making. Candidates are required to successfully complete pre-course assignments, an intensive oral assessment, and a 48-hour written examination in order to qualify for membership.
