#Rules for Documentary Instruments Dispute Resolution Expertise

From 2021 to 2024, Chen & Chang’s Managing Partner, Helena Chen C.Arb FCIArb PhD, served as a Member of the Standing Committee of the #ICC International Centre for ADR (the Standing Committee has only fourteen Members worldwide), actively participating in the alternative dispute resolution services provided by the International Centre under the relevant rules. Subsequently, on 1 July 2024, she was appointed as a Member of the #ICC International Court of Arbitration, making her one of the very few professionals who have successively held important positions in the ICC’s two dispute resolution bodies, namely Member of the Standing Committee of the International Centre and Member of the International Court of Arbitration.
