On 26 September 2025, Chen & Chang’s partner, Alison Chang, spoke on “Recognition of Arbitral Awards Made in Mainland China— an Analysis of Taiwanese Court Precedents” at Xiamen Arbitration Commission (XMAC)/Xiamen International Arbitration Court.

In July 2025, the PRC Ministry of Justice announced an inaugural incubation program, covering 22 world-class arbitration institutions with Chinese characteristics and #XMAC/Xiamen International Arbitration Court is selected as one of them. Chen & Chang’s partners, Helena Chen and Alison Chang, are both honored to be included in the XMAC’s List of Arbitrators.
