Chen & Chang’s Partner, Helena Chen, Signed “Joint Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Among Civil Law Based Arbitral Institutions” on Behalf of the Swiss Arbitration Centre

Helena Chen, partner at Chen & Chang, signed the Joint Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Among Civil Law Based Arbitral Institutions on behalf of the Swiss Arbitration Centre in her capacity as a Swiss Arbitration Ambassador. The signing ceremony took place during the Asia Civil Law Summit, organized by KCAB International in Seoul on 27 October 2026.

Through her participation in the Summit and exchanges with representatives of various arbitral institutions, Helena continues to foster dialogue and cooperation among arbitration communities across different jurisdictions.
