Helena actively engaged with the panel of experts and shared the experience and current status of offshore wind farm projects in Taiwan.

FIDIC Contracts Committee (FIDIC CC) is drafting a new form contract for offshore wind farm projects (“FIDIC OWF Contract”) to meet a growing need in the market. Sample topics in the FIDIC OWF Contract include:
