Chen & Chang's Partner, Helena Chen, Spoke at the ICC APAC Conference in Singapore

Chen & Chang's partner, Helena Chen, was invited as a speaker at the session titled “Awarding Costs: pitfalls and best practices in drafting costs decisions” at the ICC APAC Conference in Singapore on 26 June 2026.

Helena was honoured to share the stage with Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, together with fellow panelists, Narendra Adiyasa, Payel Chatterjee, Mark Mangan, members of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and Yvonne Mak, Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

The session featured a live mock scrutiny of a draft arbitral award by the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
