Chen & Chang's Partner, Helena Chen, was invited to speak on "Strategies for Taiwanese Businesses Facing Mainland China's New Arbitration Law" at the Teacher Chang for Taiwanese Businessmen (TCTB) On-site Consultation Service Forum (Taichung Session) on 29 June 2026.

Helena's presentation focused on mainland China's ad hoc arbitration legal framework, applications for property preservation and investigation orders, and key procedural considerations that Taiwanese businesses should bear in mind during arbitration proceedings to facilitate the future recognition and enforcement of mainland Chinese arbitral awards in Taiwan.

The Session concluded with a lively and interactive panel discussion, during which attendees actively raised questions and engaged in insightful discussions on practical issues and cross-border dispute resolution.
